Federico is a CPA and joined Intermedia in 2015 after 18 years of experience as a Controller in multinational organizations such as Unilever and John Deere. He leads the Finance and Administration Department, developing financial and operational strategies, metrics tied to those strategies, and ongoing development. He also holds an MBA in Marketing.

Since 2013, Eduardo has been a member of Intermedia's board, supporting the company in leadership, business, innovation, and technology capabilities. With 17 years in leadership roles at Microsoft, Eduardo has built a distinguished career leading global businesses and technical organizations. He is also the President of the Board of Endeavor Uruguay and the Dean of the School of Engineering at ORT University Uruguay.

Noelia has a degree in Computer Analysis and oversees capacity planning and people management within Intermedia Operations. Over the past decade, she has led and coached multiple Intermedia teams delivering services to enterprise clients around the world.

Natalia has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering and is a Professor and Mentor at ORT University Uruguay. Over the past 20 years, she has led and managed IT projects and teams in highly regulated industries. Martín holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Law and Social Sciences, with over 15 years of experience in commercial departments. In the past decade, he has specialized in developing B2B enterprises across various industries—including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and government—in Latin America. Prior to joining Intermedia, he led business development activities for one of the largest BPO companies in Latam.
