Job Description

We are looking to incorporate to our team dynamic and enthusiastic people, that show passion for problem solving. Communication skills for client interaction will be valued.

Role responsabilities

  • Cases research
  • First level case resolution
  • Client support
  • Report generation
  • Refer information to other areas when necessary


  • 1+ year of experience in Customer/Technical service
  • Incident management tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Office suite 
  • TSQL
  • Intermediate / Advanced English knowledge

Office Hours and Job Location

Full time availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Puerto Rico.
