Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer/Technical service
- Incident management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Office suite
- TSQL
- Intermediate / Advanced English knowledge

Office Hours and Job Location
Full time availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Puerto Rico.
