We’re looking for a People Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience working in HR departments, preferably in IT companies or consulting firms. 

Our search is oriented towards dynamic, enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to join our People & Teams team. 

As a People Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take on new challenges and join an amazing team. 

This is a full-time position with a one-year contract and an on-site modality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles, involving HR management and administration tasks, as well as coordinating events and training.
  • +2 years of experience in IT talent acquisition.   
  • Graduate professional or advanced student in HR, Administration, or similar careers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.

Role responsibilities

Join our People & Teams team to carry various administrative and management tasks, such as: 

  • Coordinating training sessions and team-building events. 
  • Managing the leave registry, handling company benefits, coordinating shipments domestically and internationally, and dealing with vendors. 
  • Addressing area inquiries, while contributing value regarding interpersonal relationships with the entire Intermedia team. 
  • Conducting corporate communications on the company's internal network. 
  • Participating in the onboarding process for new hires and maintaining stock control of supplies provided to them. 
  • Providing support in all department processes and serving as a backup for the Office Manager.  
  • Managing multiple end-to-end recruitment projects simultaneously, implementing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills to reach the objectives, providing an exceptional candidate experience. 

Office Hours

Full time availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (We offer flextime).
